What is Down Payment Connect and how does it work?
Down Payment Connect helps you turn down payment assistance into a scalable growth strategy. You get a branded lead-gen experience, a centralized dashboard, and built-in marketing tools to attract, educate, and convert buyers.
Here’s how it works:
- You get a personalized, branded lead-gen page to share anywhere buyers find you
- Buyers search for programs and see options they may qualify for
- They request more details by submitting their information
- You receive exclusive leads directly to your inbox
- From your dashboard, you can generate flyers, share social content, and deploy marketing instantly
How do I get started?
If you are a member or subscriber of one of our MLS Partners, you may already have access to a basic version.
Otherwise, choose the Real Estate Agent or Loan Officer version and subscribe. Once you’re set up, you’ll receive access to your dashboard, marketing tools, and branded lead-gen page.
What happens after I subscribe?
You’ll get everything you need to start generating and converting leads right away:
- Access to your Down Payment Connect dashboard
- Your personalized lead-gen page
- Built-in marketing tools (flyers, social content, graphics)
- Training and onboarding resources
- Exclusive lead delivery from your page
Loan officers also get access to the full DPA Program Directory and advanced program controls.
What if I’m licensed as both a real estate agent and a loan officer?
If you are in a dual license state and you serve as both an agent and a loan officer, please choose the Loan Officer version. It will allow you to display both your NMLS and real estate license numbers, and to indicate which programs you participate in so that only those programs are displayed to your clients.
Leads & Business Growth
Who gets the leads?
You do—exclusively.
When a buyer submits their information through your Down Payment Connect page, the lead is delivered directly to you. There are no shared leads, no routing, and no competition.
Note: You control your results by driving traffic to your page. Down Payment Connect is not a CRM or lead aggregator, it’s a lead generation and conversion platform.
Does Down Payment Connect help me generate new leads or support existing clients?
Both.
Use it to attract new buyers who need help with upfront costs, and to re-engage existing clients who may not realize what they qualify for. It’s also a powerful way to restart conversations with dormant prospects.

Your branded link and marketing assets can be used across:

You can also generate and deploy marketing directly from your Down Payment Connect dashboard.
Do you provide marketing support?
Yes, built directly into the platform.
You’ll have access to customizable flyers, social graphics, and campaign ideas, plus the ability to generate and share content directly from your dashboard. You’ll also get training, tutorials, and access to a community of peers.
Can I customize my Down Payment Connect page?
Yes. Your page is branded to you by default, and you can further personalize it to reflect your business, credentials, and market. Loan officers can also control which programs are displayed to align with their offerings.
Account & Subscription
Can I manage my account and subscription easily?
Yes. Log in anytime to update your profile, manage your subscription, adjust coverage areas, and access your tools and resources.
How can I change or cancel my subscription?
You can change or cancel your subscription at any time. Simply log in to your account, click your name at the upper left of the page and select “Subscription”. Please see our Cancellation Policy for more information.
What if I need coverage in multiple states?

What if I need approval from vendor management to subscribe?
